2. Seller Fees ShopziExpress offers two pricing plans for sellers:
• Basic Plan: Free to list products, with a 10% commission fee on each successful sale.
• Pro Plan: $19.99/month, with a reduced commission fee of 5% on each sale, plus priority listing benefits.
All fees are automatically deducted from the final sale amount.
3. Payment Processing
ShopziExpress partners with secure third-party payment processors to ensure safe transactions. Sellers must link a valid bank account or digital wallet to receive payments.
• Payments are processed within 5-7 business days after a sale is confirmed and the item is marked as delivered.
• Any refunds or disputes may delay payment until the issue is resolved.
4. Payout Schedule
Sellers will receive payouts on a weekly basis, every Friday, for all completed and cleared transactions from the previous week.
5. Taxes and Legal Compliance
Sellers are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings. ShopziExpress may withhold taxes where legally required.
6. Refunds, Returns, and Chargebacks
If a customer requests a refund or files a chargeback, ShopziExpress will mediate the dispute. Funds may be withheld during the resolution process. In cases of fraudulent activity or non-compliance with our seller guidelines, ShopziExpress reserves the right to withhold payments.
7. Policy Updates
ShopziExpress may update this policy at any time. Sellers will be notified of major changes via email or dashboard notification.
